Johnna is still in the hospital. She will be there till they get her blood thinner levels where they want them.
Isaiah is doing great also.
Ran for the first time in a week today. 4.1 miles. Felt OK.
Mark and I will be heading to Sedalia, VA this weekend for Terrapin Mountain 50K. The weather forecast is for rain this weekend. I hope it doesn't rain much.
